Surface Polishing Program
Program Description：
FPM-380/380-P plane grinding machine for precision polishing and grinding equipment, the program is dedicated to precision hardware, ceramics, optical glass products, fiber optic arrays and glass capillaries, such as plane or cylindrical polishing, grinding fixture self-weight or counterweight pressurization, a loading of three grinding fixtures, the choice of different materials, grinding liquid and polishing fluid, two-step completion of the grinding, hours and minutes, and seconds arbitrarily set up the grinding time, including the timing of the cumulative function, after polishing the surface brightness of the work piece without scratches, no material lines, no pockmarks, no collapse of the edge, flatness and other characteristics. Function, after polishing the surface of the work piece high brightness, no scratches, no grain, no pockmarks, not collapsed edge, flatness and other characteristics. After polishing, the surface roughness of the work piece is ≤Ra0.32μm, and the flatness is less than 0.003mm. FPM-380-P contains the function of plane correction of the sanding disk, which is suitable for rough grinding and polishing, and FPM-380 does not have the function of surface correction of the sanding wheel, which is only suitable for polishing.
