Program Description：
The solution is suitable for polishing FA optical fiber arrays with different structures and different needs. The polishing pressure can be adjusted by cylinder clamps, and the polishing timer can be set within the range of 0-99 hours, and has a timing accumulation function. The polishing fixture dressing mechanism adopts hydraulic suspension guide for back and forth reciprocating movement, and diamond dressing knife for precision dressing of the polishing surface of the polishing fixture to get the ideal plane effect.
The angle of the polishing surface is -8° or 8°, 0°, etc. The general requirements are flatness <200nm, fiber height <200nm, angle range ±0.3° or 0.5°, etc.
