Bare Fiber Polishing Solution

Neofibo’s bare fiber polishing solutions include two categories: mass-production type and R&D type.

Mass-production Type:
Suitable for bare fibers ranging from 200 to 1500 μm, supporting single-fiber polishing and multi-fiber batch polishing (up to 100–400 pieces of 300 μm bare fiber per run). It features high-quality end faces under high magnification, high-precision adjustable fixtures, and damage-free clamping.
R&D Type:
Covers bare fibers from 80 to 1500 μm, polishing 1 to 4 fibers at a time. Supports real-time monitoring of the polishing process and various end-face types, ideal for R&D applications in research institutes and laboratories.

Mass-production Type: 200~1500μm diameter bare fiber polishing

Solution Description:

Polishing bare fiber with 200-1500μm diameter; 100/200 times magnification, no defect on

ferrule end-face; can clamp single or multi-core bare fiber.

Polishing 200-400pcs 300μm bare fibers once; Z-axis adjustable polishing fixture with 0.01mm

stroke accuracy;

V-slot or U-slot lateral non-destructive clamping of bare fiber to ensure verticality; provide

reliable polishing process for different fields of fiber polishing.

R&D Type: 80~1500μm diameter bare fiber polishing

Solution Description:

Polishing of bare fibers with diameters 80~1500μm; Polishing of 1~4 bare fibers once; CCD camera to monitor the polishing situation of bare fibers in real time;
