Product Description：

Polarization maintaining fiber fusing system is a set of alignment fusion splicing equipment that can quickly perform low-loss fusion splicing on bias-preserving optical fiber. The equipment is designed to be simple, with four steps (stripping, cutting, aligning and fusing) to complete fiber fusion splicing. The equipment adopts shaft alignment first, then V-slot alignment, and then fiber fusion splicing.

Note: The fused fiber optic splice part can be protected by heat shrinkable tube.

• Test equipment connection end is preset to fixed end, the end under test is convenient for repeated operation;
• Polarization-preserving fiber cut end face can be used directly, without grinding and polishing;
• Visual operation, effective control of fusion splicing loss of less than 0.3dB (0.5dB).
• 100X to 800X magnification, clear imaging of the fiber end face;
• Internal and external light source and precision V-slot adjustable design, effectively improve the panda eye and fiber cladding alignment;
• Multiple transverse and longitudinal grids, effectively controlling the fast and slow axis angular error ±3°;
• Four steps to complete the deflection-preserving fiber fusion splicing, only 60s.
