Fiber ribbon clamp (also known as fiber ribbon alignment clamp or MPO ribbon fixture) is a dedicated clamping and positioning component used in the production of MPO/MMC pitch cord. It is designed to precisely position, fix and neatly restrain parallel arranged fiber ribbons such as 12-core, 16-core and 24-core types. Before fiber ribbons enter MT/TMT ferrules and during the assembly process, the clamp aligns multi-core fiber ribbons neatly, fixes their pitch and keeps them straight, providing a stable fiber arrangement reference for subsequent ferrule assembly and glue injection.

- Precise width tolerance of the positioning groove ensures standard core spacing and no height difference after the fiber ribbon is embedded.
- High straightness guarantees the fiber is straight throughout, avoiding eccentricity and fiber breakage when inserting into the ferrule.
