This aluminum Oxide fiber optic polishing film is available in two versions: without adhesive backing and with PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) backing. Using an ultra-precise coating process, aluminum oxide abrasive particles are evenly applied to a high-strength PE film substrate; the diameter is 76.2 mm, and the substrate thickness is 3 mil. It is suitable for coarse grinding, fine grinding, and pre-polishing of the end faces of ceramic ferrules in various fiber optic connectors, and is widely used in fiber optic patch cord production, optical component assembly, and testing and polishing processes.
