    Description:
    This solution includes two polishing methods: the two-step polishing method and the four-step polishing method, with three types of polishing equipment available for selection, namely the FPM-380 planar polishing machine, the NPL-2000D four-corner pressure polishing machine and the swing-type planar polishing machine. A high-precision optical inspection system is adopted to quantitatively test the end face flatness, roughness and array pitch of the fiber array, ensuring compliance with coupling accuracy standards. Meanwhile, optical power transmission testing is performed to verify the signal transmission efficiency of polished components. For special types such as coherent optical communication PM-FA, additional dedicated detection of polarization maintaining performance is implemented to guarantee stable component performance in various application scenarios.

    FA (Fiber Array) component, also known as FAU (Fiber Array Unit), is a precision optical device integrating multiple optical fibers. It realizes efficient coupling and transmission of optical signals through array arrangement.

    Waveguide coupling for PLC/WDM, high-speed optical transceiver modules with MT-FA components, PM-FA for coherent optical communication, MFD-FA for silicon photonic integrated modules, etc.
