On the basis of retaining the original advantages, the built-in air and liquid paths of the equipment have been newly renovated and upgraded, adding a visual display and settable keys to press, with better cleaning effect, reliability and ease of use. By configuring a variety of precision cleaning interfaces, it can achieve efficient cleaning of fiber optic connectors, optical components, optical modules, MT inserts, TOSA, ROSA, etc. The cleaning equipment has strong scalability and can be used with automatic loading system and supporting fiber optic end face detector to form a fully automatic cleaning and inspection system.

    Working Principle:

    Offsoon Mark Series optical fiber end surface cleaner adopts the cleaning principle of liquid + gas. The cleaning liquid can quickly dissolve the stains on the end surface of the optical fiber, and the dust-free gas can away the cleaning liquid and oil stains at the same time. The whole cleaning process only takes 1 second. Precise, efficient non-contact airflow-detergent-airflow can spray and remove stains at 98% efficiency.
